Cancellation & Refund Policy – Rounded Education

We understand that things come up! Here’s how we handle cancellations and refunds:

1. If You Cancel

-30+ days before your course: Full refund, minus a $100 processing fee

-15–29 days before course: 50% refund

-14 days or less: No refund, but you may be eligible to reschedule

2. Transfers & Rescheduling

Need to move your spot to a future session or transfer it to someone else?

Contact us at least 15 days before class begins, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

3. If We Cancel

If a course is canceled on our end, you’ll receive a full refund or a choice to join a future date.
